How many golfers are you expecting to have?
We are expecting 120 golfers with about 10 guests and volunteers.
Can I donate something to the mulligan bags on behalf of my company or as a sponsor?
Yes, we are considering promotional items for our golfer bags. If you would like to donate, please contact events@projectcure.org.
If I am a sponsor how many guests can I bring to Project C.U.R.E.’s Dinner in the Vineyard at Balistreri Vineyards?
If you are a sponsor, golfers are invited to the pre-tournament dinner at Balistreri Vineyards. These tickets are solely available for golfers, or, if golfers are unable to attend, the tickets may be transferred to other guests. Please provide us golfer names who are utilizing these tickets prior to the dinner as we have a maximum amount of seating capacity.
Your sponsorship level will determine the amount of Pre-Tournament Dinner guests as follows:
- Title: 12 golfers
- Presidential: 8 golfers
- Ambassador: 6 golfers
- Consulate Sponsor: 4 golfers
Coming from out of town and need to book accommodations? Where do you suggest that we stay?
Typically, we like to suggest Hilton Denver Inverness for our out-of-town guests. Their golf course is one of the only semi-private golf courses in the Denver area — at once beautiful, playable, and challenging. Many guests like to choose this as an option to extend their trip.
*Rental cars will be necessary to get from the hotel to the dinner at Balistreri Vineyards as well as to the golf tournament at The Sanctuary.

Suggested schedule:
- Book Sunday night August 14 and Monday night August 15.
- Arrive at Denver International Airport by 2 pm to attend Project C.U.R.E.’s Dinner in the Vineyard Sunday, August 14. The tournament is all day Monday, August 15. You can expect to be done by 8:00 pm on Monday.
